Andrew D'avignon
Andrew started volunteering at a nature center and wildlife rehabilitation clinic at the age of sixteen. This grew into a long term position, working extensively with birds of prey. His experience and college path brought him to emergency veterinary medicine where he worked for three years.
More recently, he began zookeeping in New England’s largest zoo, working with big cats and hoofstock. He has also obtained field ranger qualifications in Africa, where he has volunteered in antipoaching and security operations in game reserves and national parks.
Being passionate about wildlife since a young boy, he now enjoys his reptiles to keep him busy at home. His favorite animal is the one in front of him, and looks forward to working with patients of all shapes and sizes.
