Log into the online portal to change/cancel/create new appointments and view your test results, and invoices.
Please note that the “Book First Available” button on the self-scheduling portal does not work if we don’t have open appointments within a month from now. However, you can still self-schedule your appointment. To do so, load the self-scheduling tool by clicking one of the “New consultation” or “recheck” buttons above, and then click the forward button until you arrive at a date with open appointments.
Clients whose pets have urgent problems: Please call our office if you’re not able to find an open appointment slot soon enough. We’ll either find a way to squeeze you in earlier or put you on our waitlist.
