Select this option for a new-client consultation with Dr. Falk.
Select this option for a new client consultation with Dr. Layne. Dr. Layne’s hours include Fridays, Saturdays, and some weekday evenings.
Select this option to schedule a recheck appointment for an established patient with either doctor.
Log into our online portal to change/cancel/create new appointments, view your test results, and book technician-only and procedure appointments.
You can also call our office to schedule.
Please note that the “Book First Appointment” button on the self-scheduling portal does not work if we don’t have open appointments within a month from now, which is often the case. However, you can still book appointments with this tool. To do so, load the self-scheduling tool by clicking one of the buttons above and then click the forward button until you arrive at a date with open appointments.
Clients whose pets have urgent problems: Please call our office if you’re not able to find an open appointment slot soon enough, and we’ll try to squeeze you in earlier or at least put you on our waitlist.
